Coaches will be in attendance for USAC sanctioned competition within a 4 hour driving radius from the Boulders Eastside location (all competitions).

2021-22 USA-C Regionals (Must Qualify):
Competitors must compete in a minimum of, and received credit for, one local competitions as a USAC member ( MUST be registered with a “Competitive Membership” - an Intro Membership does not qualify) as well as rank in the top sixteen in at least one USAC Youth local competition.
January 15 & 16 OR 22 & 23 Midwest Regionals at Minneapolis Bouldering Project - Minneapolis, MN (Final dates TBD)

* Classic Redpoint - Each route/problem will be worth a specific number of points based on that route’s anticipated rating/difficulty. The goal is to complete the highest value routes/problems. A limited number of scores for routes/problems completed are counted (typically 5 for Bouldering).
* Modified Redpoint - Eight (8) to twelve (12) routes/problems are assigned for each category. The goal is to complete the highest quantity of routes/problems, where each route/problem has the same value and scores on all route/problems are counted. A competitor’s final score shall be the cumulative value of points recorded on each route/problem.
Coaches will be in attendance for USAC sanctioned competition within a 4 hour driving radius from the Boulders Eastside location. These competitions are highlighted in green above.
Coaches will maintain a 10:1 athlete to coach ratio at local competitions. USAc Level two coaches will attend championship level events and maintain the ratio.
