2019 Sport Season Focus

The 2019 Sport season is upon us! And as such, we will be changing our focus for the coming months. We have roughly 10 weeks until regionals and will be splitting that time into two five week training cycles. The first training cycle will be endurance focused while the second block of time will be dedicated to power endurance. While those will be our overarching training goals, athletes will be spending time on techniques and strategies more focused toward sport climbing as well. But don’t worry, we will be doing some bouldering this season too. - Coach Jason
